• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Brewery background (e.g., brewer/malter, brewmaster, beverage technologist, etc.) is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Basic technical understanding of beer, brewing processes, and equipment
• Passion for beer, diversity, and innovation
• Strong solution orientation and hands-on mentality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to drive topics independently
• High self-motivation, self-organization, and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team player and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
your tasks
Responsibility for key business areas with great development potential:
• Leasing and sale of vending machines including coordination of beer deliveries
• Further development of our international export business
• Support and expansion of our contract brewing customers
• Development of individual, customer-oriented solutions for the successful conclusion of business deals
• Reliable follow-up on topics with a clear focus on closure
• Development and implementation of innovative sales strategies and new business models
• Close cooperation with our internal sales department
• Coordination with internal departments to implement requirements quickly and pragmatically
• Building long-term customer relationships with a focus on added value and long-term partnerships
• Advising customers on technical questions concerning beer
